Student adaptation of War Horse

School

he Sixth Form Enterprise group, Rainbow Productions, proudly presented their unique rendition of a Michael Morpurgo story: War Horse. Set to grace the stage, the talented Production Team poured heart and soul into writing original songs and a unique script, guided by the mentorship of musician and performer, Ricky Tart. Impressive acting skills helped students bring their vision to life and helped deliver an unforgettable performance on 21 May.

But that’s not all! The show was elevated by a mesmerising visual montage—a montage of student work, captured through images and recordings. This inspiring display celebrated creativity and dedication from everyone in the Sixth Form Enterprise.

Behind the scenes, the rest of Rainbow Productions worked just as hard. The Staging Team had carefully handcrafted Joey the horse, a magnificent structure. The Visual Effects Team had created enchanting scenery and handled marketing efforts.

And the Product Design Team had worked their magic, creating merchandise like bookmarks, mugs, and T-shirts—all adorned with captivating horse-inspired artwork.
